BKT is a brand which has existed  in Viet Nam for 10 years, it affirmed not only brand, but also quality and become more and more popular in Viet Nam.
On Oct 8th,2009,Thanglong organized a conference about SIMEX

Continental Sime Tyre is one of the “BIG FOUR†tire manufacturers in the world. SIMEX is famous for its Construction and Industrial tires. At present, there is no Port tires of other brands can be compared with SIMEX’s. The quality and performance of SIMEX’s port tires even surpass the same of Michelin and Bridgestone.

 

SIMEX tires appeared in Vietnam long ago. However, due to unreasonable price policy, the market share of SIMEX tires is very small, and only recognized by some customers. Even, about 1 year ago, the supply of SIMEX OTR tires even were interrupted, the tires were not accepted by customers due to high price.

 

After a deep and careful market research with a lot of studies and surveys, Continental Sime Tyre together with THANG LONG SPARE PART EQUIPMENT JSC., 

are determined to bring SIMEX tires back to Vietnam market, to make the appearance of SIMEX tires adequate to its famous brand. With the full support from manufacturer in the terms of price, THANG LONG SPARE PART EQUIPMENT JSC., as the sole importer and distributor of SIMEX OTR tires in Vietnam, step by step, has brought SIMEX tires back to Vietnam market. Being fully supported by almost port companies in Haiphong, on October, 8th, 2009, THANG LONG SPARE PART EQUIPMENT JSC., organized a small conference about  SIMEX tires’ quality, with the attendance of all technicians of all ports in Haiphong, together with Mr. Ng. Chee Kien – Sales Manager – Export ASEAN from SIMEX company. It’s great happiness and pleasure to Mr. Ng Chee Kien (in particular) and SIMEX company (in general) that no one has complained about its quality. It’s mutually agreed that the quality of SIMEX port tires is the best. However, to make these tires be fully developed and well-spread in Vietnam market, SIMEX needs to perform more and more support, espcially in terms of price for this market. The conference achieved great and complete success in the end.

On January, 13 2009, specialists from BKT factory came to VN

On January 13rd, 2009, Mr. ASHUMAN SINGH - Exports Marketing and Mr. RAJAN BIDAYE - Assistant General Manager - Technology from BALKRISHNA INDUSTRIES LTD. (BKT) has spent a business trip in Vietnam. They came to Cao Son Coal JSC., companies belong to North East Corporation to check and study the operation condition of these mines. After careful checking, being aware of harsh and severe condition with many sharp stones and hard curves which is a special feature of coal mines in Vietnam, BKT factory has studied and improved their products to make them more suitable to the condition here. Moreover, after this practical and useful visit, they can work out more clearly about the plan of producing Radial tires, which is estimated to be in the end of 2009.

On April 6 2009, leaders from 4 big coal mines came to China

On April 6th, 2009, leaders from 4 big Vietnam coal mines: Cao Son Coal JSC, Ha Tu Coal JSC, Khanh Hoa Coal JSC and Hon Gai Coal JSC along with THANG LONG SPARE PART EQUIPMENT JSC. came to TECHKING factory, China at their invitation. After visiting TECHKING's OTR production line, all people participated in signing ceremony for Vietnam Exclusive Agent Agreement among: Hung Nguyen Corporation, TECHKING factory and THANG LONG SPARE PART EQUIPMENT JSC. THANG LONG SPARE PART EQUIPMENT JSC to be assigned as sole distribution agent for TECHKING tires as long as other products of Hung Nguyen Corporation in Vietnam market.
